PaidToday Product Managers work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This position is full-time and based at our Seattle office. 

Responsibilities 
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

Responsibilities
  • Full stack web/mobile application development with a variety of languages including but not limited to PHP, JavaScript, HTML, etc.

PaidToday is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead some of our artificial intelligence and machine learning partnerships (AI & ML). You will work closely with leading external companies our product management and engineering teams to identify and drive these opportunities to accelerate AI innovations. This position is based in our main office in Menlo Park, CA or Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-impact business development and partnerships for PaidToday’s artificial intelligence (AI) Assistant.
  • Identifying opportunities, driving AI technology innovations and building strong relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to formulate, negotiate, and execute key partnership deals.
  • Minimum Qualification
  • 1+ years experience identifying and driving opportunities to accelerate AI technology in the following areas: natural language processing, speech recognition, speech synthesis, text-to-speech.
  • 5+ years of work experience in AI or in an IT business development-related occupation.
  • Demonstrated experience in closing strategic software/services distribution deals on third party devices.

Business Development Manager, Business Interfaces

We seek an experienced business-facing product marketer for our Business Interfaces product team. Product Marketing Managers at PaidToday are responsible for serving as the voice of the customer in product development ("inbound" work) as well as leading go-to-market strategy and planning ("outbound" work). This is an individual contributor role that will focus on building new products and experiences that make it easier to manage and drive measurable business value across the PaidToday family of apps (PaidToday, Portal, Pages, Automations).  The ideal candidate will have experience with businesses of all sizes (from SMBs to enterprises), and bring deep insight into marketing and other tools/platforms that businesses use to operate and grow. She or he will be passionate about building best-in-class, easy-to-use experiences built around the needs of the customer. We're looking for a big-picture thinker and strong problem solver who can partner cross-functionally and cross-team to drive results. Excellent analytical and communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are a must. This is a full-time position based in Seattle, WA.

Required Skills:
  • Develop product strategy and provide product team leadership, in partnership with disciplines including product management, engineering, design, research, data science, etc.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-team relationship building and collaboration with product team, GTM, and cross-org partners
  • Lead market research, competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, opportunity assessment, etc. to prioritize product opportunities

PaidToday's Marketing team is looking for an experienced communication strategist to develop and manage updates to our sales and partnership teams globally, as well as help inform how we share information with advertisers. This role will focus on clearly communicating our company’s mission and values, providing well-defined perspectives on critical issues, and helping educate and grow awareness for new and existing advertising products across PaidToday's family of apps. Partner-facing teams are key to telling the PaidToday story and driving adoption of our latest innovations and it is critical that they are always armed with up-to-date information.

The ideal candidate for the role is an independent self-starter with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. The right person will be able to take complex ideas about products and policies and explain them in a clear and simple manner. This person must be able to excel at cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-quality work even under severe time constraints. Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to perform under pressure are critical.

Responsibilities
  • Lead communications for sales and partner teams regarding important and timely topics or issues related to the integrity of our platform
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to streamline internal communications and information flow to PaidToday sales and marketing teams

Data Center Operations, Engineer (Production)

PaidToday is seeking a forward thinking experienced Engineer to join the Production Operations team within Data Center Operations. Our data centers, and the tens of thousands of servers installed in them, are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates and upon which our innovative services are delivered. PaidToday is at the leading edge of the global data center industry both in terms of how data centers are designed and operated. This person should enjoy working in a fast paced environment where adaptability and flexibility will be key to their success. This position is permanent and will be based in Prineville, Oregon. We seek an IT professional with advanced hands-on technical skills in Networks, Server Hardware and Linux (ideally in a Data Center environment). Having extensive knowledge of managing servers and performing complex projects in a large-scale distributed data center environment is a core competency of this individual. The candidate should also have deep knowledge and experience in at least one of the following core areas: Networking, Project Management, Tool and Automation, Hardware and OS repair.

DATA CENTER PRODUCTION OPERATIONS ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform deep dives and analyze complex technical issues within the data center, ranging from automated tooling to hardware failures and network issues.
  • Work as a technical lead with cross functional teams on large scale data center projects and initiatives.
  • Provide cross data center support and identify potentially larger issues, displaying effective communication when something is identified.
  • Work with internal hardware teams and vendors to help resolve complex technical issues, maintain high hardware quality levels and influence future design to ensure ease of serviceability.
  • Understand/analyze issues and be able to update and develop scripts and smaller sets of software.
  • Use data to drive maximum server fleet up-time and utilization rates, by understanding hardware failure rates and SLAs to customers. Identify trends and systemic issues in the fleet and drive resolution.
  • Mentor team members to evaluate and identify better ways to resolve issues and define updates to tools and processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentor technical leads and the go-to technical resource for management.
  • Build cross functional relationships and have the ability to influence policies and procedures to improve global data center operations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • BS, BA or BEng in technical field or commensurate experience.
