Sales & Marketing, Communication Manager

PaidToday's Marketing team is looking for an experienced communication strategist to develop and manage updates to
our sales and partnership teams globally, as well as help inform how we share information with advertisers. This
role will focus on clearly communicating our company’s mission and values, providing well-defined perspectives on
critical issues, and helping educate and grow awareness for new and existing advertising products across PaidToday's
family of apps. Partner-facing teams are key to telling the PaidToday story and driving adoption of our latest innovations
and it is critical that they are always armed with up-to-date information.
The ideal candidate for the role is an independent self-starter with excellent communication and critical thinking
skills. The right person will be able to take complex ideas about products and policies and explain them in a clear
and simple manner. This person must be able to excel at cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-quality
work even under severe time constraints. Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to perform
under pressure are critical.
This position is based in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities
- Lead communications for sales and partner teams regarding important and timely topics or issues related to the integrity
of our platform
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to streamline internal communications and information flow to PaidToday
sales and marketing teams
- Partner with Business Product Marketing teams on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for product launches
and updates
- Understand the unique needs of the global sales and partnership teams to deliver relevant and effective communications
- Build strong partnerships with organizations around the company, including but not limited to Product Marketing,
Corporate Communications, Legal, and Policy
- Stay up-to-date with the ads and products offering across the PaidToday family
Minimum Qualification
- 8+ years professional experience in PR, communications, or marketing experience
- Experience creating sales enablement collateral or copy
- Proven experience drafting communication plans and messaging materials
- History of working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Experience managing crisis communications
Preferred Qualification
- Experience working in internet, technology and/or advertising and media industries
