A flat three and one half percent plus thirty cents (3.5% + $0.30) per transaction. This means that if a customer pays you $100, you would collect $96.20. 

$100 * 3.5% = $3.50
$3.50 + $0.30 = $3.80
$100 - $3.80 = $96.20
